Our Recycling Process

Every batch of waste goes through a rigorous three-stage process:

• Rigorous Sorting: manually by polymer type (LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, PS, ABS) and color — material purity is essential for the quality of the final product
• Grinding: using shredder-type equipment, bulky plastic waste is pre-shredded and fed into specialized mills dedicated to each polymer type, bringing it into a form suitable for thermal processing without contamination
• Extrusion and Granulation: the final stage in which the material is melted and turned into uniform plastic granules

Grinding (Shredding) Services

We have shredders and specialized mills capable of processing various forms of plastic (purge cakes, reject parts, injection residues, jerry cans, crates, etc.):

• Uniformity: we obtain flakes (grindings) of controlled dimensions, ideal for precise dosing
• Efficiency: we process large volumes in a short time, helping you free up storage space
• Flexibility: we can shred a wide range of polymers (PE, PP, PS, etc.)

Regranulation (Extrusion)

The ultimate solution for your factory's internal circular economy. We turn grindings into homogeneous granules:

• High-Performance Filtration: our extrusion lines are equipped with filtration systems that remove impurities, guaranteeing clean granulate
• Double Degassing: the process removes moisture and residual gases, preventing the appearance of air bubbles in the client's finished products
• Coloring/Homogenization: on request, we can ensure chromatic homogenization of the processed batches
